How Can I Prevent Back Pain?

See the very high incidence of back pain in our country, preventative measures have become necessary for us all. Preventive measures, however, is itself controversial. As long we think that a healthy lifestyle, combined with exercise will prevent back pain. Now, however, we know that this is not always the case. In many cases, wrong type of high-impact exercises, such as those that have actually deteriorated. However, the practice of improving overall health and should not be avoided; You just have to choose your workout with caution. Low impact exercise such as swimming, walking and cycling increase overall fitness without stress on your lower back.

  1. This was also the question that I want to solve because every morning, I have a back pain. Then I try to change the mattress that I used. Now my problem is solved. The problem was on my mattress.
